Booking and payment
When you book online, the full cost of the stay is charged to your card at the time of booking, through our payment processor. Nothing is added to the price you are shown as a mandatory fee: the only amounts added at checkout are the two county occupancy taxes, shown as their own lines rather than folded into the nightly rate.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time up until 48 hours before your check in date. If you cancel inside that 48 hour window, or do not arrive, the first night's charge is kept and the rest is refunded.
Staying with us: assumption of risk
Cedar Lodge sits outdoors in a mountain setting. Fire pits, open water and plumbing fixtures, wildlife passing through the property, and mountain weather are all part of staying here, and each carries some ordinary risk. By booking a stay, you accept that risk for yourself and for anyone in your party, and you agree to supervise any children, pets and personal belongings you bring with you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cedar Lodge is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your stay, and our total liability to you for any claim related to a stay is limited to the amount you paid for that stay.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
