What we collect
When you book a stay with us, directly or by asking us to hold dates for you, we collect your name, an email address or a phone number, and the details of the stay: the nights you asked for, the kind of room or site, how many people, and anything you tell us in the message field. If you pay online, the payment itself is handled by our payment processor, not by us: see the next section.
Who receives it
Stripe processes any card payment you make on this site. We do not hand your information to anyone else, and we do not run an advertising tracking pixel on this site today. If that changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top of this page will move.
Seeing what we have, or asking us to change it
We do not yet have a dedicated privacy mailbox or domain for Cedar Lodge. Until we do, ask at the front desk or reply to any message you have received from us, and we will tell you what we have on file or correct it.
How we announce changes
When this policy changes, we update the effective date above. A change that affects what we collect or who we share it with will be called out on this page rather than made silently.
Do Not Track
This site does not respond differently to a browser's Do Not Track signal, because there is no accepted industry standard yet for how a site should respond to one.
California residents
California's CCPA and CPRA give some residents formal rights to request or delete the data a business holds about them. Those laws apply to businesses above certain size and revenue thresholds, and Cedar Lodge does not meet them today, so that formal process does not apply here. You can still ask us about your information the way described above at any time.
